Daily Yoga and meditation sessions will support the body to release any accumulated toxicity. These sessions will also gently coax your heart and mind to softly let go of whatever might be sapping your natural positivity and vitality.
Each morning before breakfast, we will meet for cleansing and revitalising pranayamas which will lead us nicely into a guided silent meditation practice. We will meet later in the morning for a gentle but stimulating Yoga posture practice, with postures selected to support the lymphatics, organs of elimination and a new lightness of being.
In the late afternoon, there will be a variety of offerings — from active meditations with music, to Gentle Yoga, to guided cleansing visualisations.

Ask A Question →"Everyone's differing requirements were catered for, and we each had a personalised dietary plan to support our dosha. Meals were catered for by a vegan chef who produced a variety of dishes each day. The venue was lovely and peaceful, which assisted our daily schedule of meditation, yoga practice, and reflection. We also learned about the history and principles of Ayurveda, to support our ongoing journey once we returned home."— Catherine Hewson, Autumn 2024
